Customer service was good! First time here & it was great! Restaurant was clean. Food was decent. I recommend the fried squash. I love the decor on the inside. I would recommend. Good price for food & they accept Apple Pay!!

Everybody here is very friendly! The ice cream was Delicious! Our server Catina was the best! She can make you a real thick milkshake if you like! Cozy 50's style spot.....And clean.. I want to try breakfast here next!

I've been to the soda shoppe in concord and it was awesome, staff was awesome. I hardly never leave bad reviews but this was very sub par. See pics for why. Burger was pink all the way through and the onion rings were definitely spoiled. Will not be back to this location.

In park road shopping complex by teeter. I have to say I was excited to go in by their decor. Simple, diner kinda decor & menu. I ordered the ice cream float & he got a cheeseburger with a side of hot mashed potatoes which is definately worth a try. He wasn't particularly fond of the cheeseburger tho. It was over a very expected kinda food experience & I think I might visit if I'm passing the but nothing to specially go for. I was put off by the cleaning standards. Dirty restaurant floor, didn't need to be squishing food under the table under my feet and rr could use some much needed attn. Servers were nice.

Egg salad sandwich was supposed to beToasted wheat bread, but instead it was burnt black wheat bread. Chili must have been right out of a can. Chicken salad was one of the worst I've ever eaten, probably why they put cheese, pickles, boiled egg, tomato/cucumber on the side to "doctor" it up. Had to ask for silverware & plates. Bill was over $50 for lunch, not including tip. Will not be returning.

Messed up to-go order not once, but twice. Argued about it and then corrected it. Get order home and order is still not right and portions incorrect for the money paid. Call and girl says, we'll remake it, come pick it up. So, food that is correct will be cold due to having to drive back to pick up food that has been remade. Ended up sending the whole order back for refund. Waste of time and gas and gas is too expensive to be driving back and forth.

I love this place it’s amazing, but I noticed that every time I go there the Customer Service is okay they sit around on their phones letting people use the kitchen for personal use, like please teach these people how to act, there are only two waitresses there are not good at their jobs, the food is amazing, I’m just saying do better.
